I currently offer health coaching, provide nutrition for children, and visit clients' kitchens. With a minimum commitment of 6 weeks, my goal is to inspire and in-still new healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Additionally, I offer a free "discovery call" to answer any questions and demonstrate the potential benefits of nutritional therapy.
