broccoli & anchovy pasta

serves 2, df option, gf option

 

4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon chilli fakes or 1 fresh chilli chopped

80g broccoli, plus 1 tablespoon of the stalked finely chopped

1 teaspoon of butter (dairy free if needed)

40g dried pasta of your choice (I often use buckwheat)

1 tin anchovies

1 teaspoon olive oil

method

gently fry the garlic for one minute in the oil

add the anchovies, chilli, butter and broccoli stalk and cook gently with the lid on

 cook pasta according to instructions, adding broccoli for remaining 4 minutes

add the anchovy mixture to the pasta, stir and serve
