kale chips

150-200g curly kale
1.5 tablespoon olive oil 

1 tablespoon soy sauce (GF if needed)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional) or 

1 tablespoon pine nuts (optional 

 

method

pre-heat oven to 160'C

rinse kale and thoroughly dry with a kitchen towel

tear the leaves from the stalks snd discard the stalks, and tear the leaves into small pieces

pour the oil and the soy sauce into a large bowl, add the kale, and toss to coat evenly

arrange leaves in a single layer on baking sheets

bake for13 minutes

sprinkle with sesame seeds or pine nuts and bake until leaves are crisp but not browned, 5 to 7 minutes more
