granola bar

 

makes 12, ve, df, gf option

 

80g buckwheat flakes 

80g jumbo oats (gluten free if needed)

30g raisins

80g almonds

125ml honey

65g pumpkin seeds

35g sunflower seed

2 tablespoons almond butter

20g ground chia seeds

15g hemp seeds

2 teaspoons cinnamon

 

method

pre-heat oven to 180'C

in a bowl mix together the oats, raisins, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflowers seeds, cinnamon and chia seeds

mix together the almond butter and honey and

stir this into the dry ingredients and mix well until everything becomes sticky

pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden

once cooked, remove and leave to cool before cutting into even bars
