This program requires a six-month commitment, and my goal is to provide education and support to help you take charge of your overall health and wellbeing, as well as inspire positive and enduring dietary and lifestyle adjustments. ​ INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE 1 x initial 60-90 minute consultation 3 x 45 minute reviews spread over 6 months Email support throughout with guidance and encouragement the whole way INITIAL CONSULTATION - A 3 day food diary and health questionnaire will be sent for completion prior to the initial appointment. This will be analysed and discussed during the first consultation - Personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations a few days later - Relevant recipes and fact sheets included - Supplements will be recommended if appropriate REVIEWS A chance to discuss how you are progressing and how we can move forwards to help you achieve your health goals and optimal wellness. cancellation policy

I require a 48 hour notice period in which, a full refund will be issued. If cancelled within less than this time the appointment will be fully chargeable.
